Our terms and conditions of use

1. By placing an order, the Customer declares that the data provided during its submission is sufficient and current to fulfill the given order.
2. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he has the legal capacity to conclude a contract. The customer cannot accept any warranty or any obligation on behalf of the supplier, i.e.Bartosz Madej, the licensor or the manufacturer of the product without the prior written consent of the supplier.
3. Any changes to these conditions do not and will not apply without the prior written consent of the client and the company Bartosz Madej.
4. The company Bartosz Madej reserves the right to change the prices of products and all product documents without prior notice. All of the above do not constitute an offer to sell products.
5. The responsibility of Bartosz Madej towards the customer for breaching any of the terms contained in this contract is limited to refunding for products already paid by the buyer that have not been received or returned within the agreed time and condition. Bartosz Madej is not responsible for any other damages or losses.
6. Any errors made by the Customer may be corrected without any liability on the part of the Seller. If I find an error in the products I ordered, I will contact you as soon as possible.
7. Customers who want to resell our products to third parties must ensure that there is an authorized end user. The company Bartosz Madej does not promote abuse of products in any of the circumstances. Believing or suspecting that the purchased product, although it is a legal product, will be used to commit a criminal act or will be used to mix and / or distribute and create illegal components, is against the law. If you suspect that any of the products is intended for unlawful use and / or regulations, the order will be canceled and the funds received will be returned.
8. The company Bartosz Madej accepts returns of products when item is sent back with no changes – it is all about chemical reagents and lab equipment.
9. The company Bartosz Madej is not responsible for shipments detained or delayed due to any actions taken by customs agencies or other authorities, and does not exchange or return such orders.
10. The company Bartosz Madej does not guarantee that the products I offer may be legal under the law of the customer. Purchasing a product may be illegal for some people, organizations, companies, and other entities in some countries or regions. When buying products from outside Poland, the customer is responsible for compliance with laws in his own country and places the order at his own risk. If any part of the shop’s wishes is declared invalid by any legal entity or body outside Poland, the invalidity will not affect the conditions set by Bartosz Madej, which will remain in force.
11. The company Bartosz Madej is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper and incompetent use of products purchased from this company. The products are sold only for research and development purposes, they are not products intended for testing on animals or humans. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the legality of storing and importing products in his country or region.
12. All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk, no refunds will be given for:
    a) incorrectly placed orders, including the incorrect delivery address
    b) lack of proper verification of the legality of products in the customer’s country
13. The information contained and provided by Bartosz Madej is not intended to replace the comments or advice of a doctor or other healthcare professional. The company Bartosz Madej makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on the website is the most accurate but is not responsible for inaccuracies.
14. The company Bartosz Madej informs that the products are intended and sold solely for the purposes of research and development. Products sold by the company Bartosz Madej are not intended for use by humans, animals, for the production of cosmetics or medicines.
15. By placing an order at a store charging Bartosz Madej, i.e. www.bm-chemistry.com.pl, you accept and declare that you understand all the conditions.
16. By purchasing products from Bartosz Madej you confirm that you have the appropriate equipment and the skills to use hazardous materials. You also declare that you take part in research for which you intend to use Bartosz Madej products only for research purposes and you know the rules of handling and storage of hazardous materials.
17. By placing an order with Bartosz Madej, the customer confirms and agrees that he will arrange the use and potential risks associated with the products bought in this company. The customer bears full responsibility for the use of products purchased from Bartosz Madej.
18. Each order placed before 10.30 (GTM + 01: 00) is sent within 48-72 hours. An order placed after 10:00 am is sent within 48-96 hours. The Bartosz Madej company always has confirmation of sending for each shipment. Bartosz Madej is not responsible for packages lost, damaged or delayed by Poczta Polska or any other carrier handling the delivery of an order and obliged to deliver the goods / parcel, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to placing the order. Bartosz Madej does not bear any responsibility for unavailability of goods from postal employees or courier companies due to incorrect information that will hinder or may impede the delivery of products from local warehouses due to the requirement of a signature or / and identification. 19. Every customer agrees, confirms and understands that the product sold by Bartosz Madej cannot be used for the production of food, medicine or cosmetics, medical devices or equipment, food additives, household chemicals or explosives. The products are not intended for human or animal consumption. These products may cause skin irritation and skin sensitization. Products may be harmful if swallowed. All products sold by Bartosz Madej are intended solely for research and development.
