Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis : Your data may be processed for the purposes:

Information on recipients of personal data or categories of recipients: your data will not be made available to other entities, with the exception of entities intermediating in the execution of your orders (transport, shipping) and other entities to which the transfer of your data results from separate provisions of law. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, including IT service providers, entities storing and deleting data, entities processing data for the purposes of possible debt collection – however, such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator’s instructions. Information about the requirement to provide data : The provision of personal data in connection with the performance of commercial transactions, the conclusion of a sales contract or taking action by the administrator at your request before the conclusion of the contract is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the transaction or contract. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract or perform possibly other activities prior to the conclusion of a contract or the implementation of a commercial transaction.
