The Administrator has appointed an employee responsible for personal data protection, who can be contacted via the above-mentioned e-mail address, in writing at the Administrator’s registered office address, by phone at 735-953-115 in any matter concerning the processing of personal data.

Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis : Your data may be processed for the purposes:

To conclude and perform a contract or to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract and for the purpose of exercising due diligence in the execution of commercial transactions – the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b ) of the RODO;

Alternatively, for the purpose of asserting or defending against claims related to the conclusion and performance of a contract – the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f ) RODO – the necessity of processing the data to realize the legitimate interest of the administrator. The legitimate interest of the administrator is the administrator’s ability to assert or defend against claims of contractors;

Evidence related to the performance of contracts and the activities of the administrator – the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f ) RODO – the necessity of data processing to realize the legitimate interest of the administrator. The legitimate interest of the administrator is the processing of possible complaints, requests, claims, responses to inquiries, as well as improving contact with contractors and adjusting the administrator’s activities to their expectations;

Direct marketing of the administrator’s own products and services – the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f ) RODO – the necessity of data processing to realize the administrator’s legitimate interest.

Information on recipients of personal data or categories of recipients: your data will not be made available to other entities, with the exception of entities intermediating in the execution of your orders (transport, shipping) and other entities to which the transfer of your data results from separate provisions of law. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, including IT service providers, entities storing and deleting data, entities processing data for the purposes of possible debt collection – however, such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator’s instructions. Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area without your express consent.
Period for which personal data will be stored : The period for which your personal data will be stored corresponds to the purposes for which the data was collected. For the purposes of possible redress, evidence and investigation of complaints and requests, personal data in a limited scope are stored for a period corresponding to the possibility of using the above-mentioned means, but no longer than for a period of 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract or execution of orders. After this period, the data are deleted from the administrator’s collection. The Administrator shall cease earlier processing of data used for marketing purposes if you object to the processing of your data for such purposes.

Rights of the data subject : You have the right to access your data and the right to request their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing. In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.

Information about the requirement to provide data : The provision of personal data in connection with the performance of commercial transactions, the conclusion of a sales contract or taking action by the administrator at your request before the conclusion of the contract is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the transaction or contract. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract or perform possibly other activities prior to the conclusion of a contract or the implementation of a commercial transaction. Providing personal data for marketing purposes and obtaining answers to inquiries is voluntary.

Data security : The Administrator shall ensure that it makes every effort to protect the privacy of the individuals whose data it processes. To this end, it processes personal data in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by means of appropriate technical or organizational measures. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EOG :

The level of protection of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) differs from that provided by European law. For this reason, the Administrator transfers personal data outside the EEA only when necessary and with an adequate level of protection in accordance with the RODO. The Administrator shall inform of its intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of collection.
